After unscientifically observing patron behavior for about five days, I have concluded that:
The chances of a patron saying "Book on Tape" and meaning "Book on CD": 100% (5 out of 5)
Cataloging the magic moments at the reference desk

I always double check for senior citizens because they will often say "book on tape" or "video" and actually mean it. Once I was asked where the "gramophone recordings" were kept.
